SII Heat Exchangers help recover heat lost from venting by utilizing an "air to air" exchange "cone" which provides up to 70% recovery of wasted heat during venting cycles.

 

Designed for use on individual kilns. Central (multi. kiln) systems are available through C2S1 systems.

 

Single shaft driven fan provides power to intake and exhaust fans.

SII Heat Exchangers are always used in conjunction with conventional kiln vents. Effectively providing 2 levels of venting:

- Heat Exchanger only for moderate to low load conditions (85%).

- Heat Exhanger plus conventinal vents for maximum load conditions (15% +/-).
